3267847 - New Country/Region value cannot be saved on job application page - Recruiting Management

• New country/region value on candidate profile cannot be synced to job application page.
• It turns No Selection when trying to save a new country/region value on job application page.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Add a new value to the standard picklist "country".
2. Create a candidate profile and select the new value. 
3. Forward the candidate to a requisition or the candidate applies to a requisition.
4. The country/region value does not show under More Information on Job Application page.
5. Select the new country/region value and try to save it.
6. It changes back to "No Selection".

Once a change happened for any picklist, the recruiting picklist cache needs to refresh and make the changes available on the career site. This refresh may take up to 48 hours to happen.

Please wait at least 48 hours after making changes to the "country" picklist.

If the situation persists, you need to force a refresh on the company cache. 

1. Go to provisioning -> Manage Scheduled Jobs
2. Create a new one-time job with job type "???PROVISIONING_JOB_TYPE_CLEAR_COMANY_CACHE_JOB???" 
3. Run It Now

Please, note that the above steps would just be available for a partner (with access to provisioning), in case you do not have a partner, you may open a case to reach out to SAP Support for help. Please ensure to provide the followings in the support ticket:

1. Company ID
2. Support access
3. Steps to reproduce the error, including the user to proxy as, the Job Req ID and the candidate name.
4. Your statement to allow us to reproduce the issue as it will cause a change in case of successful save.
5. Your signed approval to allow us to run the job and the username to be set as the Job Owner.
