You wish to add a custom field in Ask HR (e.g. in Create Ticket tile under Category and Sub Category Field)

Resolution
As confirmed by our PM team, at present customers cannot add any new custom field in Ask HR.
Should you have a strong requirement for this, please submit an enhancement request via the Influence channel.
