3268523 - ATM is disabled in AMC but activated in DBACockpit - SAP ASE BS

Symptom

  • Upgraded ASEs on 2 different systems from 16.0 SP04 PL01/PL02 to SP04 PL03 using hostagent and installed AMC console. When checking in AMC, it's deactivated and cannot be activated.
  • In DBACockpit ATM is correctly activated for the same SID.
