3268539 - Position to Job information synchronization is not happening for position change propagation (past date)

When there is a change in a position (via position management), this change is not synced to incumbents who were assigned the position with a later effective date.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central: Position Management

• An incumbent is assigned to position on a particular date
• Make a change in a position (via Position Management) for a past date in position; where incumbent is not assigned
• Position record will be updated for later effective date using Position propagation
• This change is not synced to current incumbent
  

Position to Job Information Sync will not happen as per system design.
