3268572 - E-mail text body appears as html code in the edit output settings

When using an html e-mail template, plain text is expected in the edit output settings. Instead, html source code is shown.

• SAP Business ByDesign
• SAP Cloud for Customer 

After uploading an html e-mail template, perform the following steps:

1. Navigate to the work center Customer Invoicing
2. View Invoice Documents
3. Open a not released document with output channel: E-mail
4. Select the You Can Also button -> Edit Output Settings and click on the e-mail text body
5. Find something like this:

<p>Dear Sir or Madam,</p>

<p>Yours sincerely,</p>
<p>[CustomerInvoice-BillFromParty-FormattedName]</p>
<p>[CustomerInvoice-BillFromParty-FormattedAddressDescription]</p>
<p>Phone No.:- [CustomerInvoice-BillFromParty-FormattedConventionalPhoneNumberDescription]</p>
<p>Fax No. :- [CustomerInvoice-BillFromParty-FormattedFacsimileNumberDescription]</p>
<p>Email :- [CustomerInvoice-BillFromParty-EmailURI]</p>

Plain text instead of html source code is shown.

This is a known limitation.

SAP is aware of this system behaviour and might consider a change of it in one of the future releases.
