Symptom
- Some users are unable run Lumira documents after updating Lumira Server 2.4 SP00 Patch 4,patch 5, patch6 and SAP Business Objects Business Intelligence Platform 4.3 SP02 Patch 6 and SAP Business Objects Business Intelligence Platform 4.3 SP01 and SAP Business Intelligence Platform 4.3 SP03 Patch 5 and Patch 5 hotfix
- Documents fail to open with the following error:
Analysis Application
Error while generating Web item. <parameterList> <param name="BI_COMMAND_TYPE [...]While processing the current request, an exception occurred which could not be handled by the application or the framework.Log ID: xxxxxxxx Unable to process request. Contact your system administrator.

Issue is only happening with existing reports and sample reports of Lumira are working fine.
To facilitate analysis of the problem, keep a copy of this error page We are sorry for the inconvenience - Opening the Lumira Document via BI Launchpad with the SAP user "xxxxx" works however opening the Lumira Document with the SAP user "yyyyyy" it does not work. - The issue is user specific
- The issue is resolved when full control access level is given to the user group which "yyyyyyy" is a part of, this means removing the current access level applied .
- This access levels works on environments hosting BI 4.2
- HTTP 500 Internal Server Error may occur when opening a Lumira Document based on an OLAP connection
