When candidate from Onboarding reaches Manage Pending Hires the value from a certain field is not populating.
Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
- SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0
Cause
No data provided in Onboarding side.
Resolution
For Onboarding 1.0 check on candidate's data if value for the field is provided in Onboarding Panels.
For Onboarding check if value is provided on Onboarding side (Review New Hire Data).
In order to data populate in Manage Pending Hires page it needs to be provided in Onboarding beforehand.
