3268697 - New tenant was provisioned, and customer did not receive credentials email

Symptom

A new tenant was provisioned, and customer did not receive email with credentials.

Environment

Type: Test and Productive Systems
Product version: SAP CPQ 2020
System managed by: SAP Cloud Tenant
Sold product: SAP SALES CLOUD CPQ

Resolution

CPQ Support Team is not allowed to create/modify users for customers due to legal/security reasons.
If customer did not receive the email containing credentials to access a new tenant, it is necessary to contact Account Executive in order to verify if administrator user was set and ask them to resend the email.
If customer keeps not receiving any emails from CPQ, CPQ Support team recommends being checked if SMTP server IP address is whitelisted by their network team. 
If customer knows the username for his domain, CPQ Support team recommends customer to attempt to recover the password using the "Forgot Password" feature that is on the login page. 

After performing above mentioned solutions, if customer still do not receive the password reset email or initial password, it is required to engage CPQ Support team.
