Symptom

  • A custom email template has been created for a specific application (e.g., SuccessFactors).
  • When a password reset is triggered from the admin console, the reset password email is sent using the default email template instead of the custom email template.
  • There is a need to understand when the custom email template for the reset password is triggered.
