3268939 - Employees are not automatically synchronized to Clock In Clock Out when hired via Onboarding

Employees are hired from Onboarding with Clock In Clock Out Group filled directly. 

However, these employees are not automatically synchronized to Clock In Clock Out. 

But the employee becomes available in Clock In Clock Out after employee full synchronization is executed.
