Symptom

While deploying an IFlow, the following error is observed in Message Monitor:

"cause: com.sybase.jdbc4.jdbc.SybSQLException: Can't allocate space for object 'XXX' in database 'YYY' because 'default' segment is full/has no free extents. 
If you ran out of space in syslogs, dump the transaction log. Otherwise, use ALTER DATABASE to incre..."
