3269296 - Changing the utilization threshold at vehicle level

You want to increase/decrease the utilization threshold of a vehicle resource from 100% to a certain percentage for VSR optimizer planning. The KBA '2360689 - Capacity Constraints in Planning Profile ignored in SAP Transportation Management' was already checked but you need exact threshold constraints to modify the vehicle's capacity. E.g. you wish to decrease vehicle resource capacity from 100% exactly to 80% or increase it to 140%.
