3269315 - Visual Name field is not working for Output - S/4HANA Cloud

Customer is setting Visual Name field on configuration activity Define Default Email Sender Address, but once the Email Output is sent the Visual Name does not appear.  

SAP S/4HANA Cloud 

1. Go to configuration activity Define Default Email Sender Address.
2. Add the visual name and the sender address information. 
3. Save, then send an email output with this sender address in any application app> No visual name is shown. 

This default sender address is not used in Output Control. This is also documented in the 1LQ documentation.

The configuration activity 'Define Default Email Sender Address' is not used in Output Control, so this feature is not available for business applications that are in Output Parameter Determination. For more information, please have a look at 1LQ documentation.

Note:
When the business application uses SAP S/4HANA output control, this setting is not used. SAP S/4HANA output control has its own defaulting for the sender email address.
