3269346 - App ID F0859: Unable to upload attachments in Create Supplier invoice app - Time_Out error - SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

When you are uploading attachment files in the Create Supplier Invoice App ID F0859 during Invoice creation, sometimes the file takes a long a time or even goes to error as "Time_out". It could be noticed as well that the issue happens only with some users or depending of the size of the file.
