Symptom

Following document Destination for Email Notifications to configure SAP Enterprise Product Development (SAP EPD). 
Start workflow instance then notice it end with error:

No IP address could be resolved for host '<xxx>' maintained at destination 'bpmworkflowruntime_mail'. Provide a valid host name whose address can be resolved in property 'mail.smtp.host'. Verify that the host is accessible on the public internet. because on-premise mail servers are not supported.
