• OData Service ISEFlow Failed, Error Status: error, errorThrown: Not Found

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Go to Intelligent Service Center
2. Open an event
3. The error pops up - "OData Service ISEFlow Failed, Error Status: error, errorThrown: Not Found"

Or accessing it from Integration Center

1. Go to Integration Center
2. Select My Integrations
3. Click pencil icon to open the Intelligent Service integration
4. Select Review and Run at the top
5. Select Go to Intelligent Service Center at the bottom
6. The error pops up - "OData Service ISEFlow Failed, Error Status: error, errorThrown: Not Found"

OData API Entity ISEFlow is not found.

The 'Admin Access to MDF OData API' permission has not been granted.

Please refresh OData API metadata.

1. Go to Admin Center > OData API Metadata Refresh And Export
2. Click Refresh

To access events in the Intelligent Service Center, the 'Admin Access to MDF OData API' permission is required.
