Symptom

The following errors are reported in the db2diag.log

MESSAGE : ECF=0x90000076=-1879048074=ECF_LIB_CANNOT_LOAD
Cannot load the specified library
/db2/<SJD>/db2<SID>_home/sqllib/lib/libdb2CosApiS3.so

MESSAGE : ECF=0x90000076=-1879048074=ECF_LIB_CANNOT_LOAD
Cannot load the specified library
DATA #1 : String, 74 bytes
libssl.so.1.0.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory 

Additional messages can be for libcurl.so, libxml2,so, libssl.so, or libcrypto.so
