3269875 - Action Search Behavior

When employee does not have permission to view other employees' Organization Information/Job Information, use the search tool "View organizational information for..." or "View job information for..."  and searching for an employee leads to error being displayed: "You are not authorized to view the block content. Please contact your system administrator for assistance." and there's no action search bar, buttons or access to anything aside from the name of the user that you are trying to view.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile

1. Proxy on the affected user
2. Type "View organizational information for..." then the employee's you want to view
3. The error message will appear
   
   

This is an expected behavior because the action search directs you to the block not on the profile itself. This will not load because of the RBP restrictions.
