3269898 - "Unknown" status for multiple central components within the Self-Monitoring Workcenter

• In the Solution Manager Self-Monitoring Workcenter, multiple Central Components are not collecting data, with the overall status as "Unknown".
• In the System Monitoring UI, when reviewing all monitored systems in system overview, multiple systems have a self-monitoring status of "Unknown".
