Symptom

The Dbacockpit PTF Check tool is reporting the following FMID mismatch.

.Product.|.Version.|.FMID....
=============================
.z/OS....|.2.4.....|.HOT77C0.
.z/OS....|.2.5.....|.HBB77D0.
=============================

But FMID HOT77C0 did not change for z/OS 2.5.  The FMID is the same as it was in 2.4.
