3269972 - Cannot Find A Production Request Under Work Center Production Control View Production Requests Through Initial Query "All Production Requests".

In work center Production Control view Production Requests, you select "All Production Requets" in drop-down menu and search a production request, but there is nothing in result.

1. Go to work center Production Control.
2. Open view Production Requests.
3. Select All Production Requests in drop-down menu.
4. Search production request ABC (ABC represents production request ID), no result.

Open advanced filter, we can see Cancellation Status is Not Canceled by default; Closure Status is Not Closed by default.

Remove the value in the two filters, enter ABC in Production Request ID, click Go, production request ABC displayed and it is canceled.

The initial query "All Production Requests" has two preset filters: Cancellation Status is Not Canceled; Closure Status is Not Closed.

This is system standard behavior.

If you want to have a query without any preset filters, you can create a custom one.
