3269973 - Exporting the report with in an UIBB to Excel fails due to an exception when hiding at least one column

Symptom

By clicking on the button to download the file in Excel in an Web dynpro ABAP application, the action is canceled without any feedback.

In the method CHECK_COLUMN_FIELD_RELATIONS of the class CL_SALV_EXPORT_CONF_XLS an exception is raised with the message "Column at index * (test case) refers to a TOTAL_NB_TEST field, which does not exist".
