3270000 - System Throws Errors while Creating New Parts Return Notification

You receive below errors while creating Parts Return Notification:-

Error: The address data is missing.

Party X does not exist or is not valid for this role ( i.e. here X refers to a Party ID)

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Inbound Logistics work center.
2. Under the Common Tasks view, select New Parts Return Notification
3. Enter relevant data, Ship-to Party ID and Ship-to Location ID, Sender ID, and required Product ID.
4. Now Check Consistency.
5. The system throws the above error messages.

Since there are no roles assigned to the business partner. When a user creates New Parts Return Notification the desired business partner doesn't show up because the system interprets it as a contact name.

The user must assign business roles to the desired business partner and maintain correct master data.
