Symptom

Upgrade or conversion to S/4HANA 2020 (and newer) fails with the error:

/usr/sap/put/SUM/abap/bin_s4/SAPuptool: /lib64/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.26' not found (required by /usr/sap/put/SUM/abap/bin_s4/SAPuptool)
