3270268 - Cost element is missing in the report output with selection on cost element group

Symptom

A report created for Profit Center Accounting doesn't show all cost elements on the output screen if selection on a cost element group is done. The complete list of cost elements are however displayed on the output screen if there is no selection restriction made on cost element group.
