How to generate a exit feedback document form in Offboarding module.

Resolution
As per the current Product Behavior, We don't have this feasibility to Generate feedback form in Offboarding while in Employee review step.
Instead you can use our Qualtrics Email Feedback for Offboarding.

If you would like to change or improve this system behavior, we would suggest you submit an Enhancement Request to the product management team which will be reviewed and voted on and could be included in the next release of the product.
