Symptom

Error "We’re translating content for you. Please refresh the screen in 2 minutes." appearing when changing system language.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Change system language
  2. Reload the page or proxy as a user
  3. "We’re translating content for you. Please refresh the screen in 2 minutes" message appears
  4. Notice everything is already translated
  5. Refresh page after 2 minutes
    Pop up displays again

Resolution

Engineering team decided to remove the pop up about cards being translated, and this will get patched to b2211 before Dec 9th.
