3270452 - Custom Holiday Appears in the Wrong day of the Week

Holiday is appearing wrongly in the Time Sheet of Employees from a specific Country. You have maintained a Holiday as guaranteed and Previous for Friday, and such Holiday occurs on a Friday. However, you noticed that the system is assigning the Holiday on a Thursday.

1. Go to the Time Administration work center.
2. Then go to the Employees view.
3. Search and open the affected Employee.
4. Click Edit.
5. Go to the Time Profile tab.
6. Click Show Holiday Calendar.
7. Notice that the Holiday is maintained for a incorrect date.

At the holiday definition for the  affected holiday, you have selected a guaranteed holiday on Friday, which should be moved to the previous day (when it falls on a Friday). This setting is intended to be used for countries where the weekend occurs on a Friday.

This is the expected system behavior. The Holiday details must be changed in the Working Day Calendar activity.
