• You want to obtain a PDF summary listing completed Offboarding
• You check the Offboarding Dashboard after all assigned tasks are completed. 
• You cannot find an option to download or print a PDF with the completed steps.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Navigate to the Offboarding Dashboard. 
2. Open an employee whose offboarding tasks are all completed. 
3. Look for an option to download, export, or print a PDF summary of the completed tasks. 
4. Observe that no PDF summary option is available.

1. Note that generating a PDF summary of completed offboarding tasks is not supported by design. 
2. If this capability is important for your process, submit an Enhancement Request to the product team for consideration in a future release.
