Since the 2H 2022 release, the item details page layout have been stretched. Comparison screenshots between old and new versions are as below :

Reproducing the Issue
- Login to Bizx
- Navigate to Home>My Learning> Open any item to go to item details page
Cause
Expected behavior. This is as per the new design.
Resolution
It has been confirmed by Engineering and PM team that this is an intended change and is not a bug.
The new design/layout has been modified this way from this release (b2211). In case you have any issues/concerns with the current design, please submit an enhancement request for the same as per KBA 2090228
