3270708 - HTTP Receiver Adapter internal server error during undeployment - Cloud Integration

When undeploying an Integration Flow, an error is occurring in SAP Cloud Integration:

com.sap.it.rt.adapter.http.api.exception.HttpResponseException: An internal server error occured: HTTP operation failed invoking  <RealDestinationUrl('<iFlow_name>')>  with statusCode: 403.

In the Message Processing Log, further information about the error can be found:

x-csrf-token: Required
x-request-id: ...
x-vcap-request-id: ...
     HTTPStatusCode      = 403
     ModelStepId         = ...
     ResponseBody        = The x-csrf-token or the __Host-csrf-client-id cookie is missing in the request
