3271001 - Onsave business rule not working when approver sends back

If the workflow is sent back and the initiator re-submit the workflow so the Onsave business rule will not work.

Please note that this is expected behavior, If the workflow is sent back and initiator re-submit the workflow, the onSave rule will not be executed.
