3271054 - No sessions available error appears when trying to login to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) with Business Intelligence Concurrent Session license user after 2022 QRC4 release


  • While trying to login to SAC with Business Intelligence Concurrent Session license user, it shows the following error message:

    No Session Available.
    All concurrent sessions licenses on this system are in use. Please try to log on again later, or contact your system administrator to increase the number of available sessions.

  • Even trying to decrease Session timeout to small value like 300 sec, same message still appears
  • It is confirmed that there are not so many concurrent user sessions working on SAC at the same time
  • The issue starts to happen post 2022 QRC4 upgrade

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log on to SAC tenant with one Admin User.
  2. Go to System > Monitor.
    => The number of Business Intelligence (Concurrent Session) license users who are currently logged on exceeds the fact.
    => If Opening Administration Cockpit, the number of active sessions is much less than the Concurrent Sessions shown in System Monitor.
    => As a result, while trying to login to SAC using any concurrent session license user, it shows error message.
