Resolution

  • Report Life Event for a Future Date is a feature, where life events can be reported in advance. For more information see link to the guide and What's new viewer(release info)
  • The feature respects the setting : Admin Center  Benefits Admin Overview  Create New  Define Life Events for Benefits > Number of Days to Report a Life Event. If this is set as 30, then only life events which are within 30 days of its occurrence can be reported. The event date being the the actual date like age based on DOB rather than from when the dependent is added.
