3271276 - Since QRC4 2022 release existing data point comments are no longer visible in stories and Analytic Designer applications

• Since QRC4 2022 release (version 2022.21.5) comments are lost in SAC Story.
• Even if a new story is created from scratch with just one account/version... the error immediately shows.
• When user open stories, get constantly the error message "Comments were not loaded. Try again. If the issue persists, then contact SAP support". there are multiple popups of the message.

This issue has been identified as a code defect.

This issue is currently under investigation by development.
