3271487 - BI Enterprise Account Passwords expire 1 day earlier than expected when "Must change password every N day(s)" is enabled

Symptom

  • In CMC -> Authentication -> Enterprise plugin, when User restriction "Must change password every N day(s)" is enabled and set to a value (N), the user is prompted to change the password a day earlier than expected (N-1).
  • Example: On Monday, Set value to 2 and the Enterprise user will be prompted to change their password the next day (Tuesday) even though only 1 day has elapsed.
  • When setting this value to 1, users are continuously prompted to create a new password and are unable to log in.
