3271494 - Take Courses pop-up dialog (To-do Panel) shows wrong time due

Assignment due today shows as overdue in the Take Courses pop-up dialog (To-do Panel).

Important Step: the person replicating this issue needs to be few hours behind the datacenter time/timezone.

Setting for Overdue items to be listed under My Assignments tile is active in: System Admin > Configuration > System Configuration > USER LEARNING PLAN.

timeline.buckets.overdue.enabled=true

1. As an LMS Admin, assign an item to a test user >
2. After that, go to People > Users >
3. Find the test user and access its Assigned Items >
4. Edit the Assigned Items in the pencil icon in the right side >
5. Set the required date to the current day >
6. Save it >
7. Wait for the Datacenter time be in the next day (you will still be in the current day) >
8. Now, go back to BizX >
9. Go to Learning User side >
10. Under My Assignments tile, search for the item >
11. It will be under "DUE WITHIN A WEEK" section >
12. Back to BizX Home Page, access the To-Do icon at the right upper corner >
13. Check the Take Courses section >
14. Course will be Overdue 1 Day >
15. After few hours, LMS will also show Overdue.

The issue related to the Due date showing 1 day ahead in the Take Courses pop-up dialog (To-do Panel) is happens because the LMS and BizX use a different time resulting in differences when presenting the information in certain functionality.

Currently the Home Page is the latest functionality and there is no plan to make enhancements to the To-Do panel at this time. Some to-do tasks don't appear on the home page. All pending to-do tasks are available on every page, in the to-do panel.
