3271517 - "Error opening the cursor for the remote database [SAP][ODBC Driver][SAP IQ]Permission denied" when querying the SYSRDL#CG schema

Symptom

When attempting to query tables in the SYSRDL#CG schema, you encounter the following permissions error:

Could not execute 'SELECT * FROM SYSRDL#CG.<table name>'
Error: (dberror) [403]: internal error: Error opening the cursor for the remote database [SAP][ODBC Driver][SAP IQ]Permission denied: you do not have permission to select from "<table name>"
