3271529 - Personal Info, Global Info, Job Info is duplicated in UI – Employee Central

Multiple repeated records appearing under Global Information, Personal Information, or Job Information on employees' profiles and reports.

The employee has multiple records with the same end-date. This causes overlapping between the records, as the data insertion that created the second (third, fourth, etc) record has also been duplicated on the user interface (UI).

To correct the data and solve the issue, a import in Full Purge mode must be done, please find step by step on KBA 2201658 - Employee Central User Data Full Purge Import.

On the template spreadsheet you will download, make sure you correct the start and end date. Start date will remain the date of hire/first record and end date column must not be populated.

Please note that a full purge import will erase all records and replace them with the data in the import file, so fill all the fields you need.
