3271539 - After CLID Import our Price (cost term) has decreased by one decimal, why?

Symptom

The number of decimal places on our Price term is set to 2 (default). The value we're importing from Excel has more than 2 decimals. If the value of the third decimal place is ≤ 5 then, the second decimal gets rounded-up in Excel. During import, why does Ariba drop the third decimal, rather than rounding up?

For example, in Excel our Price term technically has a value of 201.6791362, which displays in the cell as 201.68. After import, 8 is reflected in Ariba as 7.
