3271549 - Error: java.net.UnknownHostException when calling external service API from SAP Commerce Cloud

Symptom

When trying to access/call some external service API like https://aaa.bbb.ccc/eee/fff, you may get below exception.

"message":"RestClientException occurred in ***** I/O error on GET request for "https://aaa.bbb.ccc/eee/fff": aaa.bbb.ccc; nested exception is java.net.UnknownHostException: aaa.bbb.ccc"
