3271590 - Error MLCCS009 happens during goods movement

When you post goods movement, error MLCCS009 occurs:

Internal error in LMLCCS_UPDATEF02 LCL_DB method value_into_layer position A with RC 1

Message no. MLCCS009

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

There are 2 main reasons for this error:

• database inconsistency
• wrong configuration of the cost component structure

For data inconsistency, it needs to be fixed by SAP. Please raise case in CO-PC-ACT.

Before you raise case, you can try to check the configuration of SSCUI "102427 Define Cost Component Structure".

The posting account may be located to the cost component without inventory valuation.
For example, you can double-click into the cost component setting, and check the setting for "Cost of Goods Sold".
If it's set to "Sales and Administration Costs", this category is not relevant with inventory valuation.

You should consider to use another account with the goods movement account determination.
