3271931 - Inspection lot with origin 17 is created despite QM is deactivated for movement type in OMJJ

In transaction OMJJ, indicator 'QM not active' is activated for a certain movement type.

However, when posting goods movement with the given movement type in EWM environment, inspection lot with origin 17 is created.
