How to move case from Resolved to Closed in SAP One Launchpad and SAP For Me.
- Open the case;
- On the bottom right, select 'Close'; The option is available in all status;
- If case is in process by SAP, the option 'Request to Close' should be available. This will set the case to Customer Action and 'Close' should be allowed;
- After confirming case closure, SAP Support Interaction Survey (SIS) will open in a new window, for assistance in filling it, please refer to KBA 2331471.
SAP Support Team members cannot close cases, this can only be done by customers. If you face any kind of issues on proceeding with the steps, contact your Account Administrator.
