3272071 - Same requester and approver when creating DRTM purge request

• Is it possible to have same Requester and Approver for purge request?
• Cannot find my user as approver for Purge Request

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Go to Data Retention Management
2. Create a new Purge Request
3. Go to "Add approvers" section
4. Try searching for the user you are logged into
5. The section does not display any search results.

This is working as per system design.

System does not allow the requester and approver to be the same. Search for another user with Create and Approve DRTM permissions and it will show.
