3272640 - Error Message "Your job cannot be distributed because no agent can handle this SDK version" in SBPA

Symptom

When executing a bot in SBPA, the automation job fails with:
Your job cannot be distributed because no agent can handle this SDK version

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login into SBPA
  2. Execute a bot
  3. Go to Monitoring tab
  4. Find the error message for the respective bot

Cause

SDK version in the project is not up to date

Resolution

  1. Projects Created in Cloud Studio:
    • To resolve the issue, go to the project affected and update the SDK versions. Then, deploy the project with the updated SDK versions. This can be done as per the Help Center documentation Update a Dependency.

  2. Projects Created in Desktop Studio:
    • SDKs come together with Desktop Studio. Therefore, the latest Desktop Studio needs to be installed, a new package needs to be generated for this project and then imported into Cloud Factory.
