Is it possible to change the text that shows up after you have submitted your email on the "Forgot Password" page in the External Career Site and wait for more than 24 hours to click on link, or your password have already been reset?

"This password has already been reset, or a newer password reset link has been sent to you. Please check your email for a more recent password reset link or request another password reset here."

That is possible to edit by using the Manage Languages feature. You can the step by step on the following KBA that is specific on how to update these labels using this feature: 2576546 - Working with Manage Language Feature - Platform. The token (or also called "key") to this text is RECRUITING_EXT_PASSWORD_RESET_URL_INVALID.

Please note that it is important to leave the part that contains the link to request new password, we do not recommend to remove it (request another password reset <a href="\{0\}">here</a>.), as per example below:
