3273028 - Error 2824 State 1 when multiple "exec proc" are run concurrently - SAP ASE

Symptom

Executing procedure fails with error 2824.

Example:
Error: 2824, Severity: 19, State: 1
Process 149 cannot hold PROC_BUF 0x11111111 named 'NAME' because it holds another PROC_BUF 0x22222222 named 'NAME'. A process can only hold one view, rule, or default at a time.
