3273030 - Filename of downloaded files does not follow the current language set in SuccessFactors instance

Customer reported that the language of the downloaded file's filename in their instance is not the same as the language set in their instance. Example below is the instance's language is set to Japanese but the filename of the downloaded Org Chart for a user is set in English language.

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Login to customer's instance
2. Go to Company Info 
3. Save the org chart

The filename is set in English even if you have other language configured in the instance.

Working as designed. This is hard coded in the system. 

All downloaded file's filename is set in English language.
