3273076 - Address History show just deleted records - Employee Central

Symptom

When editing a record and deleting an address type and adding new address type value, the address history only shows the deleted address type.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Address Information
  2. Delete an existing Address Type and Add another address type on same transaction.
  3. Result is address will show only deleted data and not the inserted.

Resolution

For now this is a system limitation. This KBA will be updated in case there is a change on this behavior.
